Life with Bennett {20 weeks}

Happy Friday!

We've had a pretty boring week, which is always welcome after the Christmas craziness!!

Friday:

We met our friends at the "jumpy place" to get some energy out, since it was the 1900th rainy day in a row!

Bennett and Benjamin escaped their Ergo/Baby Bjorn to hang out on the mat!

Saturday:

We had Penelope and Norah's birthday party!

Everyone enjoyed the cake!

Unfortunately, Bennett didn't get any cake.

He did get to snuggle with Auntie Kaffy though!!!

Lucas played with ALLL of the girls' toys!

And of course Ella found a Peppa Pig stuffed animal (and a crown) within 5 minutes. She was attached to both things the entire time we were there.

Poor Bennett is not interested in girls yet.

This is what happens when you try to take a "group picture" of 4 small children, ha!

That afternoon, Ella and Lucas entertained Bennett (ok, really Trav was watching them...but it looks like just Ella and Lucas were in charge based on the toys Bennett has here)...

...while I majorly purged Ella's old clothes!!! 

Sunday:

Guess who slept from 8 PM Saturday night until 7 AM Sunday morning?!?!?

I couldn't believe it!!! I was so excited!!!

His reward was helping me sell more of Ella's clothes! 

As of now, I've sold all of her 3 month, 6 month, 9 month, 12 month, 18 month, 24m/2T and 3T clothes! Well, I did save some things for her "forever bin." Now I need to start going through the 4T stuff and the boys' things!

Monday:

I had all this money from selling Ella's clothes just burning a hole in my pocket (not really, most of it is going to my parents to pay for the damage from when I backed into their car...) so I hit up the Lilly Pulitzer sale Monday morning!

Yes, I did get in sooner than an hour, and there was actually ZERO wait on the app! (Thank you Kathryn for the heads up!!!) Ella and I got matching swimsuits, so I am excited about that!

We also had to work at the Y, where we parked right next to this car. Lucas thought it was blue...so learning colors is going really well.

Tuesday:

Over the weekend, I picked up this awesome storage bin that my friend's husband made for us! I wanted something to go under the train table to hold trucks on one side and train tracks on the other. He put casters on so it's easy for the kids to pull out when they need something! I love it!

Anyway, we finally got to enjoy it and test it out on Tuesday! It's awesome!!

We also played on Ella's preschool playground after pickup! It was like 70* out! Amazing!

Wednesday:

The 2 boys and I rolled in to the dentist office for my 10:50 appointment....

...except that my appointment was really at 10:10. UGHHHH. Please note that this was a rescheduled appointment from October when I just flat out missed my appointment and didn't even realize it until the next day. I go back in 2 weeks, so maybe just maybe I will actually get it right this time!

So instead, we went to take my car title to the safe deposit box! Exciting times!!

Wednesday also kicked off spring semester for Ella's dance!

And my kids wanted a pic by this stinking wall again...even though it was like -5* and they wouldn't even look at the camera!

Oh and Wednesday night was Bunco! I won $15 (in a roll off! whoa!), so yay!!!

Thursday:

I scored this awesome parking garage toy FOR FREE on a local Facebook group!

If you're keeping track, I've also gotten that train table in the above pic, as well as this castle for free on the same Facebook group!!
