The PT we've been seeing for my son (he will be 12 weeks on Monday) suggested we try it but I've felt so bad putting a hat on my child's head in this heat! I think the best thing you can do is tummy time throughout the day and propping him up as much as possible to eliminate most (or all) weight distributed on the back of the head.
